“You will see the culm walls, diaphragms, and nodes of the bamboo as central design elements in my work. In some pieces, I showcase the striking beauty of bamboo fibers, which can vary significantly from species to species.”
— Bamboo-driven design
Function or art?
These pieces are shaped by nature,
yet their story is shaped by you.
With care, they become companions, gathering memories and carrying traces of time. When their journey ends, they return to the earth, leaving only nourishment behind.

Naturally cured* bamboo products thrive with care and attention, continuing their journey in harmony with their surroundings. As a living material, bamboo gently responds to changes—drying in heat or gathering moisture in humidity. With simple care, it adapts beautifully, lasting through time. This quiet interaction invites a deeper connection, encouraging a sense of appreciation for the material and its origins.
(*cured by water, air, sun, and smoke.)
Care Instructions:
Hand wash immediately after use.
Dry thoroughly before storing.
Store in an open, airy place away from moisture.
Keep away from direct sunlight.
If mildew appears, wash with a mild detergent and rinse with a diluted vinegar solution.
Over time, bamboo may dry out, become brittle, or develop small chips. To keep it nourished and resilient, apply a food-safe oil every few months. I recommend walnut oil, a fast-drying option that works beautifully with bamboo. Using a clean muslin cloth, gently apply the oil and allow a few days for curing. Once fully absorbed, your piece will be refreshed and ready for use.
